Negotiations with councils are normally our clients biggest headache. We deal with them for you. We arrange traffic control as required also.
Hours
Most aircon refurbs are time and access critical. We can tailor our lift sequence and arrival times to suit any environment that you may encounter.
Fixed price
We can provide fixed costings on a no obligation basis.
Storage
You can arrange to have your units dropped into our warehouse to arrive with us on our transport on the day of the lift. We have ample under cover and secure space for any job you may have. This is normally a free service for regular clients.
Delivery
Units pre delivered can arrive with our crew. No waiting for trucks that are late or that just don't show at all. This is normally a free service for our regular clients.
Technique
We have lifted more units than we can count. We know how to sling units correctly and back everything we do with insurance. We have never damaged a unit. We also have several Tagged/Tested duct cages (one on wheels) which are handy for very large volumes of ducting.
Technology
If you or your client require it we can simulate the proposed lift in an autoCAD environment and e-transmit the drawing to your clients engineering provider or anyone else who you may wish to have it. On occasions we have even provided our crane operators with Google Earth Imagery to assist them with site orientation and situational awareness. If the technology is there why not use it !
Disposal
Your dead units can be removed from site and disposed of at waste transfer stations or metal recyclers saving you time and additional expense.
